CHEN Geng, Board member/ President/ Chairman of the Investment Committee

Chen Geng joined ZUIG as CEO and Board Director for ZUIG in 2015. He started his career in the investment banking industry in 1990, while he served as the General Manager of the Listing Department in Shenzhen Stock Exchange. After that, he was Executive Vice President of Junan Securities Co., Ltd., Deputy CEO, CEO and Vice Chairman of Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd. Meanwhile, he also served as the Vice Chairman of the Securities Association of China and Supervisor of the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Mr. Chen’s career path in the investment banking endows him with expertise and insights in macroeconomics, capital markets and related capital market rules. Mr. Chen holds a PhD in Political Economics from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in China.

ZHOU Guanxin, Vice President

Zhou Guanxin has held various roles in provincial government.He dedicates to promote the economy development of Zhejiang-based private-owned companies for years. Therefore, he has rich experiences in investment management and strong access to those Zhejiang-based companies and entrepreneurs. Mr. Zhou holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Zhejiang University. He is an executive committee member of the Zhejiang Federation of Industry and Commerce.

Wu Zhen was the managing director of Shanghai CAC Fund, a partner of Cybernaut Fund, and concurrently a guest lecturer at China Europe International Business School and Zhejiang University. He specializes in high-growth corporate investment and actively assists in strategic positioning, overseas mergers and acquisitions, market development, organizational restructuring and business model upgrading. Mr. Wu holds a Master of Engineering of Zhejiang University and an MBA of Georgetown University.

WANG Haitong, Managing Partner/ Member of the Investment Committee

Prior to joining ZUIG and Zheiiang Silkroad Fund, Mr. Wang was the CEO of Leyou Technologies Holdings (1089.HK). Prior to Leyou, Mr. Wang held a number of senior investment roles at PAG, Goldman Sachs, and Mount Kellett Capital. Prior to his investment career, Mr.Wang held senior managerial roles in fixed income division at The Royal Bank of Scotland, UBS, and Goldman Sachs. Mr. Wang has an MBA in Analytic Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a BS in Computer Science from Washington University in St. Louis.
